Dessert and Coffee Anyone?

I try to always make a special dessert on Sundays. My grandmother instilled in me at a young age that Sunday wasn't complete unless there was a big dinner and a nice dessert. My family really enjoyed yesterday's dessert. Top it with a cup of coffee and you really have something special to wow your family or even dinner guests. Hope you enjoy!

CANDY BAR CHEESECAKE PIE

Baked pretzel crust: 2 cups finely crushed pretzels, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 3/4 cup melted butter. Mix together and pat into a pie plate. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Let it set one hour before filling.

3 regular size snicker bars

1 1/2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese

1/2 cup sugar

1/3 cup sour creme

1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

2 large eggs

2/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips

2 Tablespoons Whip creme

Lightly salted peanuts for top

Preheat oven to 325. Cut candy bars into small pieces. Arrange over bottom of baked pretzel crust. Beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add sour creme and peanut butter. Beat until smooth. Add eggs one at a time. Mix at low speed until well blended. Spoon filling over candy bars on the pretzel crust. Bake in 325 oven for 40 to 45 minutes until set. Let cool one hour on wire rack. Put in refrigerator to cool for at least 2 hours. (It was best to let it set overnight). Melt chocolate chips and whip creme. Drizzle over top of cake and sprinkle with peanuts on top.

Snickers was my Mom's favorite candy bar. This looks good, but does not go with Weight Watchers. =)

Marci,
I don't even think there is a way to make this recipe even close to Weight Watchers friendly!!!
