Quite ridiculous, in my opinion. I'm curious as to what emissions they're talking about taxing. The machinery emissions, I hope. If it's the natural gas produced from the decomposition of the manure, that can be captured. I saw a great tutorial of a manure composter outfitted for natural gas harvesting...unfortunately, it was all in Spanish.
