Another week has rushed past us. It hardly seems that Friday should be here once again. In the past, I have often "lived for the weekends." Now, I am realizing that everyday should be made special and I should enjoy the journey of life no matter what day of the week it is on the calender. This Friday is bittersweet here in our home. Our oldest son more than likely plays his last football game. His team made the play offs, but they are matched up to a very good team. While we are all looking forward to the end of football season, we are a bit sad to see his football career coming to an end. The team will be leaving school early to travel to the game today so I will not be cooking dinner for any extra boys tonight. My Friday agenda is always pretty much the same: finish school for the week with Jacob and Hope, clean the house, and make a nice dinner. Today won't be any different. I am still working on organizing which takes up A LOT of my cleaning time. My family will be here for Thanksgiving this year so I want to have as many things in order as possible. I also know that everything won't be completed and I am o.k. with that. If nothing else, the laundry room should still be good!!!

Life is full of stages and change. Sometimes they are really exciting and other times it is very bittersweet. That is why we need to enjoy each day. We never know what the next one will hold.
Marci,
You are so right about that!
