Good Bye for Now

I am sure you have noticed over the last few months that my posts have been getting fewer and fewer.  The reason for this change is our Internet service.  We no longer have high speed Internet because it is not offered in our area.  I have tried to overcome this challenge, but I find that I am only getting frustrated.  With that being said, I have decided that it is time to say goodbye to the world of blogging for now.  I appreciate all of you that have read my writings for the past several years.  I plan on leaving the blog in place so that you can still access my recipes or articles.  We have been told that high speed Internet will be in our area in several months.  As soon as that happens, I would love to come back to the world of blogging.  Until then...

grace and peace,
julie

Even though we talk often, I'll miss your posts and pictures. But...just a few months! This encourages me to set aside a day to head your way. I'll give you a call.
Love you,
Cheri

Thank you Julie for sharing your world! I have been following your journey since I moved to TN. from Ca. 4 years ago. I started gardening after being inspired by your wonderful posts. I will REALLY miss your blogging and will look forward to your return.

Julie, I too understand how frustrating it is not to have high speed Internet. In Ca. we had DSL. When we moved here to TN. we could only get dial-up, then later satellite internet. Just last month we found Broadband 2 Go. (Sprint 3G network by virgin mobile with unlimited 3G internet $40 a month) There is no contract with this month to month service so we give it a try and are much happier with the connection, speed and price. I don’t know if it will help your situation out or not but you can get information about it at Radio Shack, where it is sold. I look forward to your blogging return.
