I told you I would post more, but I had hoped more often than once every couple of months.  Our farm life has changed somewhat here at our new home, we have taken on a more traditional east tn look by raising angus cattle and a couple of other random cows.
It has been interesting getting to where I am, but it is opening up opportunities for us to get back to farming the way we were before.  Out of the blue a few days ago, Jake informed us that he wants to buy sheep and start raising a flock again.  That was all I needed to hear, since I had been contemplating this myself.  We have a little bit of fencing upgrades to do and hopefully there will be sheep on the York farm again soon.  I'll do my best to provide some progress pics and posts.

By the way, to the folks that were asking about Missy, she is no longer with us, time caught up with her.  But, we have a couple of new canines that are doing their best to fill in for her; meet Ella and Lydia.

Hi York Family! I do miss reading your blog posts but I too have neglected my blog so I am not complaining :) I still check in and get Julie's delicious recipes from time to time. Please let her know I said "hi"!! I will check back in to see how the sheep project is going.
